She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and  friend. He also loved socializing with his friends and family, and was  always willing to help them when needed. Daniel Charles Miller, age 39, unexpectedly passed away in his  home in Norwood on the morning of January 9th, 2021. A  Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 2020, at the Townsend  Fire Company, 107 Main Street, Townsend, Delaware 19734. She was the devoted mother of James (Maureen)  of Boothwyn, Pa.; Adele Deery of Garnet Valley, Pa., Carol (Jack) McDonald of  Nashua, N.H., and Kathleen Brandt of Drexel Hill, Pa.  She was the beloved  grandmother of her 15 grandchildren and her 21 great-grandchildren. Born in Philadelphia, Pa., he was  the son of the late George and Mary Chambers. Mary was  offered a grant to study for a Masters in Library Science on a part-time basis  by the director of the library who noticed her attention to details and her  wonderful ability to work with the public. Franco, Jr., 75, a resident of Secane, Pa., passed away peacefully on February 14, 2016 at Taylor Hospital  in Ridley Park, Pa. surrounded by his loving family. Dan's resilience, strength of character, devotion  to his friends, intellectual curiosity, sense of humor and perseverance were  widely respected and the inspiration of great friendships with colleagues and  friends throughout the world up until his death.
